Terms of Service
Effective date: September 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Kelly Javanmardi ("Saludo," "we," "us") for your use of Saludo, available at trysaludo.com. By creating an account or using Saludo, you agree to these terms. If you're using Saludo for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
What Saludo does
Saludo drafts replies to guest reviews based on the reviews you paste in and the voice settings you provide. You decide whether to use, edit or discard each draft, and you post replies yourself. Saludo does not post anything on your behalf.
Saludo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to get around plan limits.
Plans and payment
Saludo currently offers a free plan with a monthly limit on drafted replies, shown in the app. We may change plan limits or features, and we'll give notice in the app or by email before changes that reduce what the free plan includes.
Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, prices, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and these terms will be updated.
Your responsibilities for replies
Drafts are suggestions, not advice. Saludo uses AI to write drafts. Drafts can contain mistakes, misunderstand a review, or say something you wouldn't. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and for anything you post.
Saludo flags some reviews (for example, ones mentioning illness, injury or legal issues) for you to answer personally. Flagging is a helpful safeguard, not a guarantee that every sensitive review will be caught.
When posting replies, follow the rules of the platform you post on, including Google's policies for reviews and replies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Saludo to:
- Write fake reviews, or replies that impersonate someone else.
- Harass, threaten, or reveal private information about guests or anyone else.
- Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or deceptive.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get around the limits or security of the service, including by automated access.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the reviews you paste, the settings you provide, and the replies you create with Saludo, including the drafts. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our service
Saludo's software, design and brand belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
We rely on third-party providers (such as our AI, hosting and sign-in providers) to operate Saludo. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Ending your use
You can stop using Saludo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. The sections on responsibilities for replies, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.
Disclaimers
Saludo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that drafts will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, reputation or data, arising from your use of Saludo or anything you post. Our total liability for any claim relating to Saludo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the effective date and notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Saludo after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
